A fresh graduate with an international background, joined the Digital Innovation Graduate Programme in HSBC in July 2024 to start the career.

At the moment, he is working in DAO as a portfolio manager coordinating, managing and driving the portfolio oversight of DAOs highest priority programmes/initiatives, Implementing Data Asset Services portfolio reporting, including status reporting, plans, dependencies, risks, issues, benefits tracking and ensure the continuous assessment and prioritization of initiatives under the Data Asset Services portfolio, including the implementation and embedment of change control.

He has foundations in big data, Market research and project management gathered during the studies in the University of Lecce (Italy). During his studies he had also the opportunity to have 2 Semester Abroad, one in the University of Miskolc (Hungary) and one in Beykent University (Turkyie). During last year of studies, before starting his career in HSBC, he had the opportunity to have an internship in Tallinn, in Project management and market research which lasted 3 months.
