Senior Manager with 21 years of experience gained in banking sector. Currently he works in Compliance Assurance International in HSBC. Previously he was also part of Cybersecurity Education and Awareness Team responsible for all cybersecurity related trainings as well as social engineering simulations delivered to more than 250 thousand users in the company. He started his professional career at Bank BGŻ (currently BNP PARIBAS Bank Polska S.A.), where he was a participant of the Management Development Programme and afterwards in Kredyt Bank S.A. (KBC Group). He worked both in specialist and managerial positions in the sales network, implementation of strategic projects, internal audit, compliance and in the cybersecurity function.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Lazarski University, he also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (Cybersecurity Management and Postgraduate Foreign Service Studies). 

He is a Certified Business Coach (TROP Group) and has the following designations: CICA (Certified Internal Control Auditor), CFS (Certified Fraud Detection Specialist), ICA-FCR (International Compliance Association-Financial Crime Risk), ICA (Advanced Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering) and Green Belt LEAN Six Sigma.
